Daniel Munn

Co-Founder

Dan Munn is a specialist in HCM and Finance transformation with over 20 years of experience across the UK and Europe.

Before co-founding Acurizon, Dan spent two decades partnering with CIOs, HR Directors and programme leaders across complex Workday, Oracle Cloud, NetSuite, and SuccessFactors programmes. His deep knowledge of the market, and the people who drive it, comes from years of working inside transformation teams, understanding their pressures, and helping them course-correct when projects lose momentum.

 

Dan’s strengths lie in shaping and structuring transformation approaches, ensuring organisations are truly ready before delivery begins, and surrounding programmes with the right expertise to maintain pace, clarity, and control. His focus is always on outcomes: adoption, ROI and restoring confidence in critical HCM and Finance systems.

Outside of work, Dan keeps life grounded. He’s a dad and husband before anything. When he’s not on the phone, he can be found pounding the pavement, walking in the countryside or having a pint.. the last two usually go hand in hand!

 

Dan is someone who values loyalty, balance, and long-term relationships. Those same principles underpin how he leads Acurizon and how he works with every client.

Stephen Neil MBA

Co-Founder

I am a co‑founder of Acurizon Consulting, a boutique consultancy specialising in ERP transformation programmes with international reach. With over two decades of experience leading global HRIS, payroll, and enterprise transformation initiatives, I bring both technical expertise and pragmatic leadership to every engagement.

My career has been defined by delivering complex migrations, carve‑outs, IPOs, and private equity‑backed transformations, while building trusted partnerships with clients and stakeholders. I thrive on designing region‑sensitive HR and payroll strategies, ensuring that organisations not only implement systems effectively but also unlock long‑term value from them.

I have directed large‑scale ERP deployments, overseen programmes with multi‑million budgets, and managed integrations across finance, HR, identity management, and reporting platforms. From core HR and payroll to advanced analytics and governance frameworks, I combine deep technical proficiency with strategic leadership to deliver measurable results.

I am recognised for resilience, clarity, and successful delivery even in the most challenging contexts. My approach blends rigorous programme governance with a hands‑on style, ensuring clarity, consistency, and sustainable transformation.

Beyond technical delivery, I am passionate about mentorship and community engagement, working with students and local talent to inspire the next generation of professionals. At Acurizon, I channel this experience into helping clients achieve transformation that is credible, distinctive, and human‑centered, driving organisational improvement while building trust and empowering people.
